We'll update your WordPress theme to a new and more modern look after 12 months of service, free of cost. That's a re-design for your website as well as professional support, maintenance and hosting. How does it work? 

*We work together to find the right template for your new theme
*We'll secure the template and bill you separately for the license
(Like your domain, you should own your template's license)
*We'll port over all the content on your site into the new theme as applicable
*Some of your plugins will need to be updated to the new theme, which we will cover all current-pay-level plugins. (Meaning if you're using a free version of a plugin, we can't cover the upgrade to paid version).
*As long as you maintain the same support & maintenance contract for the next 12 months, the new theme and required plugin update are free of charge!

Support, Maintenance and Hosting
We’ll host your site and provide you with 4, 6, 8 or 10 hours a month of professional support.
Our hosting service is Liquid Web ( www.liquidweb.com ) an enterprise level host with 24/7 1 st
level support. They are pro-active with prophylactic security measures, including scans and
regularly scheduled updates and maintenance to their critical infrastructure. Your site is
protected against most malware attacks and dedicated denial of service attacks (DDOS), and
other brute-force methods.

4 Hour Level
Your site will be updated to the latest build of your Content Management System, Framework,
and Plugins as applicable and necessary for your website. We’ll also use this time to diagnose
any problems, research and prepare estimates for future work, or to make non-substantive
changes to your website, which would include text changes.

Our 4 hour monthly support does not include changes to image, core software, plugins, or
fundamental changes to design which would constitute new work, and require an additional
estimate of work.

Each month, you will receive a report on that month’s support work. If there are problems that
are identified during the month, we will notify you and provide you with an option to request
an estimate. Additional hours are billed at the package support rate of $169.00/hr. We will
notify you once we have reached the 4 th hour of support each month.

6 Hour Level
Your site will be updated to the latest build of your Content Management System, Framework,
and Plugins as applicable and necessary for your website. We’ll also use this time to diagnose
any problems, research and prepare estimates for future work, or to make non-substantive
changes to your website, which would include text changes.

Our 6 hour monthly support does not include changes to core software, plugins, or
fundamental changes to design which would constitute new work, and require an additional
estimate of work.

Each month, you will receive a report on that month’s support work. If there are problems that
are identified during the month, we will notify you and provide you with an option to request
an estimate. Additional hours are billed at the package support rate of $149.00/hr. We will
notify you once we have reached the 5 th hour of support each month.


8 Hour Level
Your site will be updated to the latest build of your Content Management System, Framework, and Plugins as applicable and necessary for your website. We’ll also use this time to diagnose any problems, research and prepare estimates for future work, or to make non-substantive changes to your website, which would include text changes.

Our 8 hour monthly support does not include changes to core software, which would constitute
new work, and require an additional estimate of work.

Each month, you will receive a report on that month’s support work. If there are problems that
are identified during the month, we will notify you and provide you with an option to request
an estimate. Additional hours are billed at the package support rate of $129.00/hr. We will
notify you once we have reached the 7 th hour of support each month.

10 hour level
Your site will be updated to the latest build of your Content Management System, Framework,
and Plugins as applicable and necessary for your website. We’ll also use this time to diagnose
any problems, research and prepare estimates for future work, or to make non-substantive
changes to your website, which would include text changes.

Our 10 hour monthly support does include changes to image, core software, plugins, or
fundamental changes to design. Any time over 10 hours would constitute new work, and
require an additional estimate of work.

Each month, you will receive a report on that month’s support work. If there are problems that
are identified during the month, we will notify you and provide you with an option to request
an estimate. Additional hours are billed at the package support rate of $119.00/hr. We will
notify you once we have reached the 9 th hour of support each month.
